House points will be awarded to children who consistently demonstrate effort in categories we have identified and value – they are the desired learning characteristics of children at Fair Oak Junior School. By recognising and celebrating these behaviours, we aim to create a consistent, school wide understanding of the characteristics that are needed to be effective learners.
